Ms. Huong has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) for the Luxury Automobile Dealership Development and Operations at VSAL. Her primary responsibility was to manage and enhance the performance of VSAL's Dealership Network for Mercedes Benz in Vietnam, dominated the luxury car market within just two years of entering Vietnam in fierce competition.

Later, as the Country Director of MIV (Motor Image Vietnam), she was primarily responsible for the profitability and business development of domestic operations within MIV, the distributor of Subaru in Vietnam. Lately, she defined and promoted business development strategies to expand the customer base and ensure profitable growth for Vinfast Europe and Vinfast Vietnam.

Her secret to success was ensuring the highest customer satisfaction (which both buyer and employee) through the efficient operation of the distribution dealership system, focusing on company core values and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.

Mr. Mai Thuy Nhan holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology specializing in Artificial Intelligence and an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney. With a solid foundation in technology and extensive experience in the field, he has demonstrated his managerial and technological capabilities in operating Woolworths, one of the largest retailers in Australia.
Upon returning to Vietnam, he became a key member in bringing GS25, the largest convenience store (CVS) brand from South Korea, to Vietnam.

In 2020, he assumed the position of CEO of GS25 with the ambition of creating a breakthrough in the CVS market. Bringing value to customers and societal benefits has been the guiding principle in every strategic decision made by CEO Mai Thuy Nhan. With a well-structured management philosophy and extensive experience in operations, technology, and management, Mr. Nhan successfully raised $20 million in funding from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and led GS25 to successfully grow to over 200 stores nationwide within just two years as CEO.
